Processing Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

You will receive it via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will offer you the option of a reshipment or a refund once we have received the returned package.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once our team has confirmed that your order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
