Eligible Return & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged product. The product itself arrived damaged (please note that minor cosmetic damage to the outer box or packaging does not qualify, as this is beyond our control during transit and does not affect the product inside).

Wrong item. You received a product different from what you ordered.

    Unused and sealed. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.

    You do not need to ship the product back, if your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. We will process your refund or replacement directly.

    Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

    Our products are carefully formulated with organic-based ingredients, and adverse skin reactions are extremely rare.

    In the unlikely event that you experience an allergic reaction or skin irritation from any of our products, we will issue a full refund for your entire order. We may ask you to provide a photo of the reaction and any relevant details to help us improve our formulations.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the issue.

    Refund Method

    Approved refunds are issued via:

    Original payment method — the refund is returned to the same card or account you used to pay,

    Or

    Store credit — applied to your Skinveraa account for future purchases.

    Please allow 1–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account after it has been processed.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent you a wrong or defective product.
